- Purchase a journaling notebook, preferably a graph grid notebook, though choose whatever suits you best.
- Dedicate one page for each month. The headers should include Day, Day of the Week, Highlight, Goals, and any other categories you wish to track daily. Each line will represent one day, keeping it straightforward and manageable.
- Journal freely on subsequent pages whenever inspiration strikes. This system is primarily for tracking daily objectives, but you're welcome to explore your thoughts and ideas on extra pages when you feel inclined.
- At the end of the month, review your progress and make adjustments as needed. You’d be surprised by the insights you can gain when you gather daily data—certain days may prove to be more productive, or you might notice patterns between your highlights and goal achievements. Take the time to understand yourself better!
