Keeping a journal to track your progress in both personal and professional arenas can also be beneficial. Recording daily habits and milestones will help you gauge whether you're advancing or regressing, allowing for necessary adjustments.
Regardless of the method you choose, developing self-awareness is a rare but invaluable trait that can lead to an extraordinary life, revealing that your true potential is likely far more remarkable than you realize.
